Reading time is supposed to be sweet. A quiet moment, your kid curled up next to you, a good book between you.
But if you're being honest, it's not always like that, is it?
Some nights it clicks. Some nights it falls apart. He resists. She gets frustrated. You push a little harder, and suddenly you're both upset, and you're wondering why something so simple feels so hard.
And underneath all of it is this quiet worry:
Is she behind?
Am I doing this wrong?
What if he starts school and struggles, and I missed the window?
That worry is real. And it means you care. But I want to tell you something:
The struggle you're feeling isn't because you're doing it wrong. It's because nobody gave you a system that actually fits REAL family life.
That's exactly what Books, Bonds & Brighter Futures is.
Your child walks into their first day of school…
They recognize letters.
They can sound out words.
They aren't intimidated by books.
They aren't quietly confused.
They aren't trying to catch up.
They feel confident.
And you feel calm, because you know you prepared them.
Not with pressure. Not with worksheets for hours. Not with a tablet.
But with 10 intentional minutes a day.

The parents who make the biggest difference in their child's reading aren't the ones who found the best app or the most expensive tutor. They're the ones who built a simple, consistent habit at home, early enough that their child walked into school already confident.
I struggled with reading when I as young.
My teachers were good, the methods just didn't work for me. I spent years hiding it, studying twice as long as everyone else, pushing through silently.
So, before my oldest even started kindergarten, I made a decision: my boys were going to start strong.
I wasn't a teacher. I didn't have extra hours. I had a full-time job, a house to run, and three boys who were all completely different learners.
What I figured out, through years of real-life testing, is that the bond comes before the lesson. Always. A child who feels safe with you learns faster from you. When reading feels like connection instead of pressure, everything changes.
Here's What Happened:
✔ All three of my boys learned to read before kindergarten.
✔ All three are in gifted programs.
✔ My oldest is his school's SGA president, and ran his own podcast for three years
✔ All three have great grades and high test scores.
No tutors. No panic before report cards. No homework battles.
Just kids who are excellent readers, because we built the foundation before school started.
A few years ago, friends started asking me to teach them what I did. I hesitated. But eventually I realized parents everywhere needed this, a real system, not generic advice, from someone who had actually done it.
So. I built Books, Bonds & Brighter Futures.

" As a mom to a toddler daughter, I want to find ways to foster her love for learning and reading well before her school years. This course covers that and so much more. These lessons are full of realistic and tangible information to help parents support their children's reading journey while building relational bonds, all the way from the earliest years through when they become proficient readers. This course helped me identify golden opportunities within our daily schedule to help my daughter learn, and it also laid out a roadmap for how we can get from here to having a confident reader as my daughter gets older. I highly recommend this course for years of future payoff! "

" I am so blessed to have found this course. The lessons are clear, and the instructor is so knowledgeable. Not just in how to teach reading, but in how to incorporate it into daily life. There's so many nuggets in here I had never thought of, like how to have books laying around, not up on a shelf. I've truly seen my son take a liking to reading after implementing what I've learned."

"I have had the pleasure of personally knowing Laura Beth and her three bright and talented children. With my degree in early childhood education, I’ve often reached out to Laura Beth for advice on how she fostered early reading skills in her children. I’m grateful she’s sharing her insight here, and I hope caregivers—whether they choose traditional schooling or homeschooling—recognize this course as a valuable resource for ALL. Early reading is one of the most important academic foundations we can actively nurture in our children to support their future success."
It's the easiest time to build the habit, before the school year adds homework, activities, and the weight of being "behind" or "ahead." Once she starts school, you're building the plane while flying it.
Right now, you have time to build the foundation first.

WHO THIS IS FOR
Your child is heading into kindergarten, and you want her to walk in confident, not guessing.
You feel that quiet nudge that says, "I should be doing more," but you don't know what "more" looks like.
Reading sessions have been hit-or-miss, and you're tired of not knowing why.
You don't want to outsource your child's early success to a device, an app, or a classroom alone.
You believe connection matters just as much as academics.
You want peaceful evenings, not homework battles, for the next ten years.
You want a simple, proven plan, from someone who actually did it, not another Google rabbit hole at midnight.
Starting early?
This course works for children ages 2 and up. The earlier you start building the reading environment at home, the stronger the foundation you'll have by kindergarten.

I'm a working mom of three boys, all of whom learned to read before kindergarten. All three are in gifted programs. My oldest served as his middle school’s SGA president, ran his own podcast, my middle held leadership positions as well, and all three are public speakers, have great grades, and high test scores.
That didn't happen by accident. It happened because we built a home where reading was normal, enjoyable, and never a source of shame.
I struggled with reading myself as a kid. I knew what it cost, the extra hours, the hiding, the quiet belief that school was just harder for me than for everyone else. My kids were not going to start from that place.
Professionally, I have a degree in Broadcast Journalism and have spent nearly two decades as a TV reporter, anchor, video producer, and on-camera spokesperson. My voice has represented brands around the world.
But the work I'm most proud of happened on the couch, ten minutes at a time, with a little boy and a good book.
Books, Bonds & Brighter Futures is what I wish I'd had from the start. I'm honored to share it with your family.

Books, Bonds & Brighter Futures is designed primarily for the pre-K and kindergarten window, ages 4 to 6, because that's where the foundation makes the biggest difference. Phase 1 is built for children as young as 2, so if you're starting early, you're in exactly the right place. Many families see fluent reading by age 5 when they start consistently.
Not at all. This course was created specifically for real, busy parents — not teachers. You'll be shown exactly what to do, what to say, and how to respond when your child gets stuck. You just need 10 intentional minutes a day.
Just 5–10 minutes. Short, consistent daily practice is far more powerful than long, overwhelming sessions. The lessons fit naturally into your routine — before bed, during snack time, or whenever works best.
That's completely normal, and it's addressed inside the course. You'll learn how to work with short attention spans, wiggly learners, and the days when nobody wants to sit still. The system is flexible by design. Many parents say reading time actually gets calmer once the structure is in place.
Not at all. Whether your child is preparing for school or already in it, strengthening foundational reading skills builds confidence fast. Starting now is always better than waiting.
There's a dedicated bonus training for advanced learners so you'll know how to keep them challenged without pressure. This course grows with your child.
You'll receive a special bonus interview and guidance focused on early signs, emotional support, and how to work alongside professionals. The strategies emphasize patience, structure, and confidence — which benefit all learners.
The only required book is Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons. Everything else is included — printable trackers, reference guides, and structured support. No expensive kits.
You receive lifetime access. Move at your own pace, revisit lessons anytime, and use the program with multiple children over the years.
You can pause, repeat lessons, or slow down without losing progress. The system is flexible, and small steps still move you forward. You're not behind. You're building.
Absolutely. Many families use the program across different ages and learning styles. Since you have lifetime access, you can return to it again and again.
You'll have access to a private parent community for support, encouragement, and shared experiences. You're never expected to figure things out alone.
